Osmotherley - Mount Grace Priory - Arncliffe Wood

A circular walk, with moderate climbs which provide wonderful views to both the north and south. It passes by a restored Tudor chapel and leads down the hill to the rare remains of a Carthusian monastery.

After this it's back up the hill to proceed along the edge of the Cleveland escarpment to pass the BT microwave station. Then the walk crosses Scarth Wood moor to return via Cod Beck Reservoir.
